S tained my firepit furniture. Added some cross-bracing to the end tables.
Looks way greener in this picture than it does in person.

Look like a nicely matching trio that should withstand years of use.
If you don’t launch a 8 oz hammer head out of the snowblower through any of them.

As someone who walked into his local hardware store just to buy a siphon, gasless MIG wire and MIG tip paste and walked out with that plus 96 of 3 metre lengths of 4" x 2" native cypress framing timber at a $900 discount...I strongly approve of this post.

I’m pretty sure they’d withstand the 8 oz hammer head launched out of the snowblower. I made them specifically to survive that.

Nothing. Yet. This event happened just this afternoon. However...it will be used for internal framing on our house.
Notably this south facing external wall ...which requires replacement due to the fact it has the porosity of freshly cooked popcorn. And that black hole is a 5' steel wagon wheel covered in bits of polycarbonate plastic...

They also may trap any small children should the bench or table tip over on them

So many ways to misinterpret that phrase for similar-sounding words
in the context of this series of debauched replies... but yes, I did see that.

It does...but it's built like a Lada Niva. Solid...but ineffective.

Looking good! I need to make some similar tables.

Just need a couple 2x4 and a handful of deck screws
